T. Gvenetadze and R. Kvatadze from GRENA and I. Garibashvili, N. Pavliashvili, G. Mikuchadze and G. Banetishvili from National Scientific Library of Georgia participated in the online IT Service Management workshop organized by the European Commission NI4OS-Europe project. During two webinars implementation of the IT Service Management in the European Open Science Cloud EOSC and in NI4OS-Europe project services were discussed. The theme of the third webinar was “Defining repository policies and key concepts of repository service management”.
