The Georgian Research and Educational Networking Association - GRENA network is a national computer network for universities, educational and research institutions in Georgia. The following organizations can be connected to the GRENA network:

• Universities

• Institutes for higher educations

• Research institutes

• Secondary schools

• Libraries

• Museums

• Academic hospitals

• International and local organizations working in research and education and their programs

• Etc.

The information and communication services (including Internet) provided by GRENA are intended both for the staff and students.

Other organizations could be connected to GRENA network temporary for testing and developing advanced networking technologies and applications.
